Chrome is the essence of the Mediterranean in a bottle. A thousand shades of blue weave together a story of kinship.

The fragrance was born out of the close bond that Loris Azzaro shared with his grandson Romain. As his inheritance, he desired to leave behind a solar homage as clear as the crystal blue ocean. A symbol of sharing and legacy, the designer drew inspiration from this loving and familial “male bond” to capture all the Mediterranean sensations that he cherished so deeply in a fragrance, and thus create the fragrant trail of timeless freshness.

As a child, Romain Azzaro enjoyed surveying the horizon through a bottle of Chrome cologne. From his grandfather’s house overlooking the sea, he would gaze off endlessly into the azure blue…

Chrome Aqua revisits the legendary freshness of Chrome with a new interpretation bursting with lively aromatic notes.

Like an invitation to jump into the cool blue ocean, the fragrance envelops the skin with the intense, ephemeral feeling of aquatic freshness that is felt when the body first hits the water. Are you ready to take the plunge?

Chrome Aqua is a Citrus Aromatic Woody Eau de Toilette creation by Jean-Christophe Hérault.

Dawn: Sparkling grapefruit zest intermingles with juicy green apple to arouse the senses and send shivers throughout the body.

Zenith: Combined with spearmint, Basil essential oil* enhances and strengthens the fragrance’s marine notes with new freshness that exudes aromatic inflections, invigorating the skin like a dive into the great depths of the ocean.

Dusk: Haitian Vetiver essential oil* gives Chrome an unprecedented masculine signature with its woody texture. With its lingering trail, it radiantly exudes grapefruit zest and intensifies the fragrance’s citrus solar nature.

A BOTTLE TINTED WITH THE COLORS OF THE OCEAN

The Chrome bottle is a simple vessel with sleek, refined lines. Its iconic square shape with softened edges has been updated with the green tones of the depths of the ocean, a color that is also deeply Mediterranean. The original chrome-plated cap is now a soft and subtle white. Its more opaque, green-tinted glass represents the sun’s rays piercing through the waves and tinting the ocean waters with this vibrant color. The bottle’s matte finish seems to have been created by the gentle washing and rolling effects of sea foam, like that of sea glass. An intense freshness. Take the plunge.
